Category Wise Vacancy Details of Act Apprentices (RRC WR)
Total 5,349 posts are distributed among different categories as per Central Government reservation rules. Reservation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates.
4% of total seats are reserved for PwBD candidates.
3% reservation is provided for Ex-Servicemen within overall vacancies.
Selection Process of Act Apprentices (RRC WR)
Selection will be based on a Merit List.
Merit will be prepared on the basis of average percentage marks obtained in 10th and ITI examination.
No Written Exam and No Interview will be conducted.
In case of tie in marks, older candidate will be given preference.
Training Period and Stipend
Selected candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for 1 Year.
Monthly stipend will be paid as per Railway Board rules and Apprenticeship Act guidelines.
Medical Fitness
Shortlisted candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Authorized Doctor at the time of document verification.
