Selection Process and Exam Scheme

Selection will be conducted in four stages including Preliminary Exam, Main Descriptive Exam, Typing Test, and Interview. Preliminary exam will be objective type of 120 marks with negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer. Main exam will be descriptive English paper of 100 marks including Essay, Letter, Grammar, and Translation. Typing test will check 35 w.p.m. speed in English for 10 minutes. Interview will carry 15 marks. Final merit will be prepared based on Main exam and Interview marks only.

The preliminary exam and typing test are qualifying in nature. The entire examination will be conducted in English language only.
